Road to 2026
Road to 2026 registration is now open!
In an effort to promote a healthier Pennsylvania, America250PA is encouraging Pennsylvanians to live a healthier lifestyle by walking, running, biking or wheeling their way to 2026, all while taking in the #EPIC views of our Commonwealth.
Participants can walk, run, bike or wheel their own race, at their own pace, and submit their times to track their progress. In partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and our county partners, America250PA will also highlight and encourage visitation to Pennsylvania state parks, county parks and local historic points of interests.

Mission
The Road to 2026 is a 4-part cumulative challenge broken down into 250-mile
or 2,500-mile increments per challenge to reach the following milestones:
1st milestone - 250-mile walk, run or wheel / 2,500-mile bike
2nd milestone - 500-mile walk, run or wheel / 5,000-mile bike
3rd milestone - 750-mile walk, run or wheel / 7,500-mile bike
4th milestone - 1,000-mile walk, run or wheel / 10,000-mile bike
Those who sign-up, track their progress, and meet the milestones will receive
a commemorative 2026 medal and will be eligible for additional prizes.

What is a Virtual Race?
There is no specific location! Just walk, run, wheel or bike at your own pace, and track your miles online to see your progress!
I’m not located in Pennsylvania. Can I still participate?
The Road to 2026 is open to all U.S. Residents aged 18 or over! Children may participate with parent or guardian supervision.
Do I need my Welcome Packet and bib number before I begin?
No - you can begin logging your activity as soon as you register! You should expect to receive your shipment a few weeks after registering. A bib number is not required; however, a virtual bib will be provided upon registration.
How long do I have to complete the Road to 2026 challenge?
The last date you can log your activity is July 4, 2026. The individual milestones do not have deadlines. It is up to you to determine the best pace for each milestone in order to complete the challenge by 2026!
Can I skip any of the Milestones?
No, the Road to 2026 Challenge must be completed in consecutive order. All four parts must be completed to obtain the commemorative medal.
What do I win?
Along the course of the challenge, you can expect to receive America250PA Road to 2026 swag items, such as a swag bag, water bottle, T-shirt and more. The final prize is a 2026 Commemorative Medal!
How do I track my activity?
1. Log into your RunSignup Account
2. Select the "Results" tab
3. Click on "Submit Virtual Results
After each activity, you can click on the “Results” tab and then select “Submit Virtual Results” to look up your registration and submit your activities. Shortly after updating your activities, your new total mileage for the challenge will be displayed on the public leaderboard where you can view your rank and progress. Note: Miles logged prior to your registration date will not count toward your progress.
